You have spent years on the technical side of marketing. Campaign setup, migrations, automations, reporting, the part nobody sees until it breaks.
You have worked out that the thing wearing you down repeats everywhere, and that changing employers moves you to a different version of it.
You are not looking for a new marketing job.
The person who decides what a campaign should achieve, and the person judged on whether it worked, are usually not the same person.
Somebody decides what to sell and who it is for. Somebody decides the offer and the price. Somebody decides the message. You build it, and the result gets attached to your name.
When the numbers are good, everyone agrees the plan was sound and the build was solid. When they are bad, the meeting is about your work.
A better manager makes that more pleasant. It does not change the structure. Anyone in that seat is measured on outcomes decided upstream of them.
That is why this is a role problem rather than a job problem, and it is why the fix is a different seat rather than a different company.
Most of what you already do has a name outside marketing.
Meeting with the people who want something built and jotting down what they actually need. That is gathering requirements.
Moving data from one system into another and tracking which field goes where. That is data mapping.
Clicking through something before launch to find what is broken, writing down what failed, checking it again after the fix. That is user acceptance testing.
Getting everyone to agree what counts as a lead before the dashboard gets built. That is defining metrics.
Sitting between the developers and the business people when they are describing the same thing in two vocabularies. That one has no clean name and it is the most valuable of the five.
Business Analyst and Business Intelligence Analyst roles are built out of those five things. You have done them. They are described on your resume in marketing language, which is why they are invisible to the people hiring for those roles.
This is not a job guarantee and it is not a placement service.
I am not going to put a number on what you might earn, and I am not going to tell you a title change is quick.
What you are buying is a rewrite of how your experience is described, aimed at two specific roles, done by someone who made that move himself without going back to school. Whether it produces interviews depends on your market, how many applications you send, and a dozen things neither of us controls.
If you want a guarantee, this is the wrong purchase.
Four documents, rewritten by me, aimed at Business Analyst and Business Intelligence Analyst roles.
Your resume, rewritten. Same jobs, same projects, described in the language those roles are hired in. This means deciding which of your projects to lead with and which to cut.
Your LinkedIn profile, rewritten. Headline, About, and the experience entries, as text you paste in.
Your cover letter, updated. The generic one you already use, rewritten to match. If you do not have one, you get one.
Your elevator pitch, rewritten. Four or five sentences that connect what you have already done to a data role, in words you can say out loud in an interview.
One round of revisions. After you read everything, you send your changes back. All of them, in one email. I do one rewrite pass and send you the finals within two weeks.
Everything is written, and nothing is live. No calls, no scheduled sessions, no video.
Two things come with it, at no extra cost.
A self-study list. Where to close the gaps you actually have. Free and low-cost material, the kind of thing I used myself, rather than a generic reading list. No degree, no bootcamp.
A Business Requirements Document template. The BRD is the document a Business Analyst produces on a technical project. This one is filled in as a worked example rather than left blank, so you can see what good looks like. You will be asked about these in an interview, and most people have never seen one.
Three weeks for the first delivery. Two weeks for the revision.
The three weeks start at the later of two things: your payment clearing, or every one of your materials arriving. If you pay today and send your resume in three weeks, the clock starts in three weeks.
Then you read everything and send me one email with all your changes. Two weeks after that you have the final versions.
That is slower than a resume mill, and it is meant to be. I am one person, the work is done properly rather than templated, and the first cohort is capped at ten for that reason.
If your work was mostly design or copywriting, this one is not written for you, and I would rather say so than take your money.
The rewrite depends on you having built and run things. That is what these roles are hired for, and it is the part of your experience I am translating.
The first cohort is cheaper because it has no testimonials behind it. In exchange I will ask you for a detailed one afterwards, and you can say no.

This charge will appear on your card statement as BLACKWOOD PRODUCTS LLC.
After you pay you land on a form. It asks for four documents and a few questions about your work:
It takes about fifteen minutes if you have the files ready to submit. If you do not, the form gives you a link back so you can gather them and return, and anything you have already typed is held in your own browser. Nothing starts on my end until the form is in.
You have 30 calendar days from your payment to send in the form. That is plenty of time to find your files without rushing. If the form has not arrived by day 30, your place closes and the work will not go ahead. Refunds are only available in the first 7 days after purchase, so a place that closes after that is not refunded.
Then: three weeks later you get the four rewritten documents and the starter kit. You send one email with everything you want changed. Two weeks after that, the finals.
I'm Ethan. I spent most of my career on the technical side of marketing. Campaign setup, website migrations, email and CRM automations, reports.
I spent four years moving out of it through contract work, and the work drifted from campaign setup toward reporting and analytics one project at a time. The gaps I had, I closed with a few hundred dollars of self-study at home. No second degree.
I am not a recruiter and I have never worked in recruitment. What I have is the experience of describing this work to people who hire for these roles.
Three weeks to the first delivery, counted from whichever is later, your payment or your materials. Two more weeks for the revision after you send your changes.
No. You get the four documents. Sending them is yours.
A resume service makes your existing description better. This changes which job the description is aimed at, which means deciding which of your projects to lead with and which to cut.
No. All of it is written, both directions.
One. Send everything you want changed in a single email and I will do one pass.
Say so on the form. Working out which one fits your background is part of it.
